Macs Sales & Road Show Support Position

  • Full Time Salaried Position 40 Hours per week
  • Travel required
  • 8 to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday *hours will vary during travel
  • Great Health Benefits after 90 days, including health care, PTO and 401K!

Our Mac's team is small and family orientated. We have a fun fast paced atmosphere and are passionate about what we do. Everyone wears many hats and although the main responsibilities of this position will be sales and tradeshow support, it likely will not be limited to just these tasks.

We are looking for someone who is a natural team leader that works well with all types of personalities, leads by example, manages their areas of responsibility efficiently as well as accurately and last but not least, is happy to jump in wherever the help is needed with a smile.

This is a Full Time Position, with travel. We are proud at this time to be able to offer our valued full time employees health paid at 100%, paid vacation and health benefits are all offered after 90 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales
  • Answering in bound sales calls
  • Entering sales orders into quick books
  • Making outbound sales calls
  • Monitoring sales email inbox
  • Partner with Production Manager on lead times.
  • Partner with Purchasing Agent on custom part needs.
Tradeshow Support
  • Vehicle cleaning and maintenance
  • Preparing and loading vehicles prior to departure
  • Driving vehicles to and from events
  • Booth set up and tear down
  • Sales support as needed
  • Aid in maintaining the organization of trade show materials and elements.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

  • Full Time Salaried Position 40 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Duties
  • Daily packaging and shipping of customer orders
  • Minimize errors by reviewing orders for accuracy before they are shipped
  • Packing, palletizing and scheduling freight pick up for large shipments
  • Daily receiving of shipments arriving
  • Direct supportive roll to Purchasing & Shipping Manager
  • Maintain organized shipping bay
  • Support company policies and procedures through leading by example
  • Answer shipping and receiving calls and make outbound calls on an as needed basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive business information with other employees, family or friends.
Qualities
  • Positive attitude a must!
  • Must be comfortable with learning to use a fork-lift; prior experience is preferred but not required.  
  • Dependable and punctual.

Work Environment
  • This position works collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 70 pounds and standing for the majority of the 8 (eight) hour workday.
  • Work involves repetitive, strenuous use of arms, wrist, and hands to roll straps.
  • Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment.
  • Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
