Shipping and Delivery
Under normal conditions, orders of available stock are shipped the same business day, when ordered before 1PM PST. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays but for regular ground shipping we will send your order the following business day. If you have requested 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight service, we must receive your order no later than 12PM PST to be shipped the same day. Please note that packages will not be delivered over the weekend. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
For back ordered or pre-ordered items, payment in full is required to secure your item, funds are transferred in full as soon as your products are shipped. We will send you an email confirming your order after the transaction has processed, along with an estimated delivery time for your order. In the event that shipping dates change, we will do everything we can to keep you informed.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Methods of Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks or money orders at this time. As required by law, applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the states of Washington and Idaho.
If your shipment is refused and returned to us unused for any reason, within 90 days, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs.
Orders shipped standard delivery will arrive via UPS or FedEx ground. Delivery times vary based on location, but should arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO, US Territories, or internationally must be placed by phone.
