Great improvement

Comments: We purchased a set of tie downs to secure out dog crates in the last van we owned. the Anchor plates were secured using 2 stainless steel bolts that passed through the floor, then 2 stainless steel fender washers, adn were secured with locking nuts. that was then, this is now. The new securing plates with the integrated nuts provide far greater holding power, and are far easier to install. Sometimes change IS for the better.
