Tie-Down Violation – Looking too Sharp

This tie-down violation is SHARP but not in a good way. The vehicle bumper is sharp. The edges of the aluminum storage box are sharp. We are not sure what the assumed non-safety-style hook is attached to underneath the trailer. A more logical attachment point would be the d-ring but that’s blocked by the storage box. Also, did anyone notice the E-Track?
