Return Policy

Mac’s Custom Tie-Downs has a 90-day return policy.
General Information
All returned items should be clean, unused and undamaged. If the returned products are damaged, Mac’s will determine and apply damage fees against the return.
Please note we do not accept returns after the 90-day post-purchase period.
Return Instructions
Customized products where logos or colors are unique and made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns on those orders.
However, any manufacturing defects on custom items will be honored and a replacement product will be provided free of charge.
The Return Process
Please call (800)-666-1586 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must ship products as traceable with proof of delivery.
Once we receive the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.).
