Our top-selling Weld-On Axle Housing Brackets now sold with straps to make a signature Mac's Tie-Down Strap Pack! The brackets eliminate the need for an axle strap so that ratchets clip directly to the bracket and eliminate potential contact with brake lines, wires and hoses.

This Tie-Down Strap Pack includes four 2" ratchet straps with direct hook ends, four strap wraps, one large canvas storage bag and four weld-on axle brackets. Only the highest quality strap material is used, which significantly improves chafing and UV resistance over "standard" straps. The chain extensions allow you to safely tie down to a stake pocket if your trailer doesn't have D-rings. With the chain extensions, you can pull in any direction while maintaining the 10,000 lb. load capacity. After securing your vehicle, use the strap wraps to neatly hold excess strapping in place. And when you've arrived, use them to bundle each strap for storage in the included heavy duty Macs padded bag.

The Weld-On Axle Housing Bracket is made from 1/4" steel which is laser-cut then tumbled for a smooth finish. It creates an abrasion-free tie-down situation, particularly suited for off-road vehicles that have modified axles or axle trusses, which can be bulky or have rough edges. Mount a pair of these brackets prior to adding your choice of finish and you'll have a beautiful, permanent tie-down point.
