Length Includes Sewn Fixed Ends

We measure each strap from the middle of one end fitting to the middle of the other end fitting, including the sewn fixed end, to ensure that your strap is perfectly sized for your needs. Unsure if a strap length will work for you? We recommend sizing up just to play it safe, as you can always tighten a longer strap more if needed.

When you’re securing a vehicle with tight clearance, angles really matter. So, use an end fitting designed to work with you instead of against you. This 10’ ratchet strap comes with Mac's 2" swivel snap hook, which is engineered with pivot points on two planes to amplify your maneuverability while attaching and detaching to any tie-down point.

The hook has 360 degree-rotation at the pin, and an elbow joint slightly higher that allows it to auto-align on a single plane to prevent dig and rub marks on your trailer. It’s a convenient solution for situations where you need a greater range of motion, such as working around an axle or a vehicle with low clearance.

Our 2" ratchet strap assemblies give you plenty of safety margin because we only use the highest quality strap material. Not only does this significantly reduce chafing and improve UV resistance over "ordinary" straps, our straps are rated for a load capacity of 10,000 lbs. The sewn fixed end is the traditional end configuration, featuring a 9" fixed length of webbing that separates the attachment hook from the ratchet handle.

Usage Guidelines

Because of its versatility and maneuverability, the swivel hook should never be used in a position that places it at a right angle, or 90 degrees. This will create undue pressure and greatly increase the risk of failure and/or damage while in transit.
